Delivered Hard
Do not be alarmed if the sponge does not (yet) feel soft upon delivery. The sponge is delivered ‘hard’ in the packaging. After you have soaked the sponge in water, the natural sponge quality of the Konjac is activated and it becomes wonderfully soft.
